Tracy Saunders

I consider myself an consumate professional.  I was a top producer in the hotel sales arena for Embassy Suites for 8 years and know my success was due to my committment to my clients.  I am a strong believer in communication, I return all phone calls withing 4 hours, even if it is just to leave a message that I don't have an update but will call the next day.  I value my client relationships and have many lifelong friendships as a result.  I believe in continuing education not because it is required but because it enhances my ability to do the best job for my clients. 

In 2002 I started my own company called Away Wee Go Rentals, a baby equipment rental company servicing the Reno/Tahoe area.  It grew beyond my wildest dreams and it is now run by two amazing women so that I can persue my passion Real Estate.  I have over the past 6 years invested in 8 rental properties as well as two personal properties and know the real estate market in my area of Incline Village.  The baby equipment rental company gave me an insight into the high end second home market that makes up a good portion of our area. 

As a mother of two schoolage children I am connected and committed to my community.  The people I work with both on the buying and selling side I will ultimately call my neighbors so I value that relationship as if it were family.  I limit the number of properites I will represent at one time so that I can focus on those I have with the attention to detail they deserve.
